Taiwan Trip- Part 2

Last post, I stopped at the first-day-temple-trip.
Okay, so after the temple we finally have some cool air.

We went to one of the favourite place in this trip. "Vigor Kobo" in chinese 维格饼家.Pizza Parlor

I have to introduce this so-called cake and pastries shop. This shop provides a good quality and amazing pineapple-mini cake as my tour guide told me. As I did some research from the internet this shop at the 2006 Gift Championship organized by Taipei City Council, we won first prize for our Pineapple Cake. At 2008 Gift Championship prize for the best “must buy” product. Very attractive right?!

Can you see the cute cartoon statue! That is their logo and their symbol.  Different cartoon represent different types of biscuit. You can buy their cartoon pillow but I think the price is abit higher. Other than taking photo with the cartoon they also prepare alot of biscuit taster as you can see from the picture.

The pineapple-mini cake from this shop is a little bit weird. You cant take it at the momment when it is out from the over. For me it is too dry and hard but after you put for a few days..this pineapple-mini cake becomes pretty delicious. It is soft, smoothes and tasty. I should have bought more! Regret when I got back.
Other than pineapple-mini cake their Milk sun cakeHmm

This one you can hardly find in Malaysia nor Singapore I think. This is so damn nice..is one of the must buy items in Taiwan. I forgot the price but I think is resonable...

Okay here comes the most important part! Bouncy 5
This shop provive lesson for you to learn how to bake pineapple-mini cake!

Okay show you guys how our class looks like - - - ->

Very cute isn't
I love it so much especially the aircon :)))
They will provide you the ingrediants for example the dough with butter and the grinded pineapple.
They will provide a chef also known as the teacher for you.
Perfecto

Actually, the steps are easy with the leading of the "teacher" . You will spend about 45mins to 1 hour at this bakery. Dont think it is too long, you will miss this place!

After this, they will bring you to their musuem. The musuem located at the second floor of their shop and you can get lots of information about how pineapple grow, how to harvest and some "funny" technologies. Before you got into the musuem you have to travel by a elevator ; this elevator is one of the longest..*forgot the information already   . They will introduce to you dont worried :p

Okay, I got to go ..preparing for my next trip Guess where am I going ! I will write about my third day next!

Okay okay, let me take a broom and sweep the dust away first ;p

Hi, everyone how ya going? Hope everything is fine!
It has been a long long time that I didnt write anything on Friday!
This few months? years? *sorry long time ago until I forgot how long I have never been writing a single post. Recently, I am spending most of my time playing Instagram and preparing my uni to starts!
Anyone play Insta here? add me if you do have Instagram : Stellaen93

On the 29.5.2013, I went to Taiwan and have my amazing and relaxing holidays *actually I have one year holiday from the day I graduated from Canadian Pre-U (refers as CPU) :D .

Actually, this is not my first time landed on Taiwan. Whoever visited my blog before will know about my previous trip.

This time my family and I went to Taiwan with tour.

Okay let's talk about the Pros and Cons first, the pros of joining a tour is that you dont have to worried about your accomodation, routine and meals *this depence on which countries you going.

For example Taiwan you actually go for care-free option which means you are the tour guide! Because there are alot of mostels and hotel *I will recommend some of the best I stayed on. and Taiwan has lots of hawker centre what we say Pasar Malam (night market).

The Cons are tour usually give limited time for you to shop. Also tour must attend at least 2 to 3 shops that the Taiwan's government compulsory in every tour.

For those who want to go by carefree option. You should prepare a map, register a Taiwan phone number from myfone * a communication service provider something like maxis. You can see it quite often in Taiwan.

I dont know why my pictures are so less compared to last taiwan trip maybe is because of the weather. The weather during may is terrible worst than Malaysia because they are having their Summer! Please if you dont like hot please dont choose May to Aug, Taiwan temperature can go until 40 degree so please be concerned.

I am now going to present my Taiwan trip pictures and routine :)

TAr tAr!!
Obviously, writing my first day first! :)
At the midnight, we have our luggage and our excited mood off to Singapore- Changi airport!Airplane emoticon Jet   5 hours flight ...I tell you what..dont ever choose a midnight flight because the sits are small compare to our bed. You cant rest properly on the plane I swear!

Finally, we reached the paradise of foods -Taiwan around 6 in the morning. My face's complexion are terrible, no makeup, no washroom for me to take a early bathA confused smiley . Because we joined the tour group so we have to go for our first breakfast in Taiwan with this stupid face. Taiwanese traditional breakfast are so delicious! Soy, fritters,  pancakes (with onion leaf) and meet bun.
This is the restaurant! I think whoever study in Taiwan will know this restaurant. It is just a small shop lot and a few aunties servicing.

From the picture you can see there are lots of choices! bun, sandwiches, and so on..

In the picture I put two loves that means that is the foods you must try!
So the drinks first, they provide two flavours I think. One is the original soy another is the brown rice mixed soy.  Both also delicious!
Then the bun..they called it xiao long bao. Inside contains meat, onion leafs. Nice!!

After our lovely breakfast, we head to our first attractions. A temple . Actually in Taiwan there are lots of temple.. big ones, medium ones, small ones, new ones , antique ones.. Different temple pray for different God or organise by different society.

This is the front door of the temple. Isnt it awesome I mean the Carving!
Taiwanese do belive and loyal to their God. They donated alots of money to build their temple *most of their temple.

To Be Continued....
