Sweep the dust with my lattest exercise! :)

Hola!
Waohhhhh :) wat a dusty blog I have!
Okay okay first I have started regain my diet again..I know this is so "omg":/
But I think this is because I am a Cancer *pls allow me to give myself an excuse ^^
So, I not sure whether you guys trust on the horoscope or maybe not,
BUT I do trust A Little bit TINY little little bit!!
Therefore it said that people who is Cancer can eat lots of lots of things not sure this is good or bad :/ but this is freaking TRUE!

For me I can eat from dawn to dust AND the amount I take ..hehehe really can feed up to two peopleXD can you imaging it!!!!! ? I think you can't because even though my frens that spent everyday with me while I was in college didn't believe in me! Share a secret, I can eat 5 to 8 bowls of rice in A MEAL! I know this is ridiculous :(

Okay, now to the point! I feel sorry to myself that I ate so much these few days but I really did extra workouts wish it could help me maintain or reduce my weight :))))

The picture below is the exercise I did this few days♥ and u can see I already had a bit of muscle on my thigh.
Some of you dont really like this muscle because they might think it is too " manly" but I think a bit is called sexy..if over it would really shave yr feminine away!!

Let's begin this workout!
First of all, prepare something that has weight for example a bottle * I usually take a 2kg dumbbell but for beginner I suggest that you should use something LIGHTER.

Step:
So put this weighted thing between your feets and clip it using yr feets.
Then pull up and put down * see the arrows on the photo!
Do many times you like until you feel abit CRAMP ;/

On the picture that I put highlight on it means that the part that you feel painful. The darker the highlight is the painful area it is!
