Taiwan Trip!

Morning Singapore!Today 13.11.2011 time:09:00am about 10:00am we reach Changi airport ..before we take our breakfast we went to check in our laggauge.After that we went to have our breakfast at their hawker center.

Changi airport~salmon fish with rice I think it is about 7 sin dollar

Taiwan here I come!Before reaching Taiwan we have our lunch on the airplane .We have choosen the evagreen airline which are much larger than the jetstar airplanes and is more stable than the ** airplanes.Everytime I am very conscious about the meal on airplanes..because having breakfast or lunch or dinner on the airplanes will make different atmosphere for me!

This was our airplane meal,simple but taste ok.I will recommend you to choose the spaghetti rather than this bacon fried rice...but you must try the chocolate cake!

We reached Taiwan about 6:00 pm.Abit tired but the weather made me feel refreshed..the weather was excellent eventhough there were fews raining days.We land on the Taoyuan international airport.After looking for the hotel.We went for a walk to find dinner place.Actually when you are in Taiwan you dont have to worry about breakfast/lunch/dinner.especially dinner there will be lots of local night market which sell local and Taiwanese foods.We walk for a few minutes then we reached the oldest and quite famous restaurant for selling beef noddles.This noddles are abit spicy..if I give I will give 2 stars.

After having our dinner,we went to have some local foods at Taoyuan night markets.

I dont know why their papaya milk taste much different from our country but it taste really really great!maybe is thier milk!

this I will recommend you to try ...not bad!Is a kind of fishball added with some source powder

I think this is taiwan's special!actually it is a normal fried chicken but in Taiwan they added some papermint smell.

Oh gosh!this was really really discusting to me...it taste like dead dog cook by someone!

puff this was nice..I gave 3 three stars

Jiguan..somepart from the chicken...they said eat this will help your skin to stay young!

We spent our first night at Taiwan.The first we stayed in the hotel of 5 stars.Actually for me hotels of 4 stars are already quite ok...most of their hotels are really clean and their environment is quite convinient ..there are lots of public buses and cab ..also they have the high speed rail..Our hotel for first night is call China Trust hotel..the breakfast of this hotel is excellent..there are western style..local style and many more.

After breakfast we went to the Ta Shee Blooming Oasis.This place is not huge but very relaxing some of the Taiwan's film took this place as a scene..2 stars I will give.

Beside flowers inside this garden there are also a small farm.You can feed the animals in the farm.

Just walk for about five to ten minutes then we reached lake called Ta Shee Cihu..around this lake there were lots of statue of Chiang Kai-shek...then we walk about five to ten minutes to reached the musuem of Chiang Kai-shek..which show his history...then we walked for another ten to fifteen minutes and reached the Cihu Mausoleum.

sorry..I dont know all the nane for the dishes bacause my tour guide forgot to give me the list...sorry..but the first dish I recommend you to try was number 1...it taste abit like butter bread..but is more crispy than that!

i dont like this juice but my sister drank alot maybe you will like it.

After visited the tomato farm we took about three hours to reach  Taichung .We went to local night market and have our dinner.

The next day we went to the Riyuetan Pool ..before reaching here we have to take a long distance up to the mountain..there are lots of  spa hotels nearby.We went to the '' civil and military temple''..my tour guide said that they are lots of  parents pray for their kids while their exam period.

this sausage was great with abit of beer but I prefer you buy at other place because the beer at here was not strong enough..but

the hard boiled egg in tea was very famous~3 stars

We take a boat to roam around the lake.

others are just normal but number three taste great..pork with special source...number five taste ok but the apperance is horrible like thousand of fleas swim in the boil

After having our dinner..we travel for few hours and went outskirt of Taichung .....reached Peikong Greek Resort and Spa .There are lots of facilities for example karoke,camping and many more.

The next day we went to the Puli Brewery.This is rice cake ice-cream with rice wine taste similar to longan ice-cream~2 stars

Then we went to Hsinchu.Hsinchu is very famous for their rice noddles.

After lunch,we went to the Lilliput.Here has lots of fun activities for example roller coaster and many more....Here also have a lots of small size buildings of  different coutry . 4 stars.

I love it!must try!4 stars.

After a few hours of journey,we reach Taipei!We dropped at a restaurant and have their famous''xiaolongbao'' but for me their fried rice (number  3)and the soup (number 6) was very delicious.Especially the fried rice!I will give 5 stars!The soup taste abit sour and abit spicy..not bad!

Their special I think is the thin skin hold a large amout of juise inside the xiaolonbao..their cheif are very talented

here is called Ximending..one of Taiwan most famous night market!here sell clothes,foods..and also we can watch movie at here...There are lots of cinema..

their special..white bitter gourd..they used this to make juice..

The next day we went to Jiufen ..it is a small and narrow street market...

this you should try..~4 stars

I will give this 3 stars ..not bad,they use a pancake to the ingrediants of peanuts,ice-cream and some I dont know what vegetable is that...but taste ok

this is something like the dough mixed with yam...some other fruits..~2 stars

Then we went to the KaVaLan distillery ....at Yilan...Yilan is famous for hot and cold spring...also their tomato and scallion .Ka Va Lan is also very famous ..but please dont buy any Ka Va Lan whisky at the distillery bacause it is much cheaper in the airport.

this you must try!!scallion pancake..the most delicious scallion pancake I bought is at Yilan.~5 stars

This is the Volcano chicken..not bad ...~3 stars

After that we went to Taipei.yuhuhu..there are lots of shopping mall...great!

1.chicken rice very nice but abit too oily

After shopping we continue our journey to "五份铺"and continue shopping again...the shirt at here are super cheap..about NT 100 /each piece.Then we travel for another ten minutes to reach Rauhe night market.Chicken chop is one of the famous at Rauhe night market.

Then the last night we stayed in the motel...the motel was super luxury...motel is better than hotel...!!
