Plastic surgery

This few days I am thinking of the issue of plastic surgery.
will there has any negative effect when you get older?
I saw many sucessful cases in plastic surgery but behind the scene is it many failed cases also?
Actually I have been thinking this question for so many years.
Once you go for plastic surgery, your originally feature wont be backed anymore.
nowadays,  many girls become famous after they did plastic surgery.
I am confused whether or not I should do the surgery.
